I purchased one of our first Christmas gifts today and can't wait for it's arrival! I discovered the MacAusland blanket in the A/W Toast catalogue. I'm happy for the find but, as a maritimer, sad I didn't already know of this Prince Edward Island based woollen mill. I bought the light grey version above.

So hoping you found their website before you paid toast, otherwise toast wins a whole lotta PBJ (peanut bu...)*and* you pay duty. But more importantly, I admire your selection. Which small child wants a queen size from santa?

Have no fear I bought direct! You have to order by phone and the man I talked to was very sweet, he wondered what a New Brunswicker was doing all the way out here!

You can get me the olive green tweed for Christmas, ha!
