I'm currently learning how to sew and I'm so excited to be making this pattern using fabric I found in a thrift store last year. Tomorrow I hope to use the sewing room at school after hours, it's a great space with huge windows and big work tables. Today I ordered Toast's spring catalogue. Can't wait for the inspiration it's arrival will bring. 

Happy Valentine's Day. In honour of the occasion, I cut beets (from my garden) into heart shapes before roasting. Yummy pizza and now a movie. Goodnight. 

I've spent the last two evenings obsessed with the street style blog Copenhagen cycle chic. These are just a few favourite pics but I may share more as I loved so many. The girl in the lovely cape and red tights comes from textile company Dashing Tweeds.

Excited to be going to a friends film today, Melting Lands. Not much else on the agenda but dish washing and telephone chatting.
